Upon approval of your request, a Release of Rights form is sent to you. All Media/Press participants must sign and return a Release of Rights form prior to race day.  NOTE: No media/press credentials are issued until a signed Release of Rights form is received by our office.

Mandatory Meeting for Field Press

 

 

Held on each race day in the Paddock prior to the first race, for all Field Press. If you are approved for a Field Press credential, you must attend this meeting before you will be allowed on the race course.  Catherine French, our Track Photographer, and a Track Official, will explain the rules and regulations of photographing on the race course during a race, and they will escort you onto the course prior to each race. Safety is our main concern – for our equine and human participants, as well as our spectators.
