• Race Day Schedule:
  • Gates Open 9AM. Post Time (or start) for the first of either 6 or 7 races is 12:30PM. Races run 35 minutes apart.

 

• Cost:

  • General Admission Tickets: $20 prior to 5PM November 6, 2009 - $25 after 5PM November 6, 2009

  • General Parking: $10 cash at the gate.

  • College Park Rows A,B&C:  $500 per space. Includes one parking credential for one parking space on rows A,B or C in College Park and two General Admission tickets.

  • College Park Rows D&E:  $125 per space. Includes one parking credential for one parking space on rows D&E in College Park and two General Admission tickets.

  • Infield: $125 per parking space. Includes one parking credential for one parking space in the infield and two General Admission tickets.

  • Front Row Paddock: $250 per parking space. Includes one parking credential for one parking space on the Front Row Paddock and two General Admission tickets.

  • Grandstand Box: $600 per Box. Includes one parking credential for one Grandstand Box, Six Box Seat ribbon credentials which allow all day access to the Post and Paddock Clubhouse Luncheon tent.

  • Grandstand Individual Box: $125 per seat. Includes one parking credential for one seat in a Grandstand Box, One Box Seat ribbon credential which allow all day access to the Post and Paddock Clubhouse Luncheon tent.

  • Jim Hudson Lexus Post and Paddock: $50 per person

  • Allows all day access to the Clubhouse tent (NOTE: A Lexus Post and Paddock Clubhouse ribbon credential DOES NOT count as an entrance ticket to the grounds. Anyone possessing a Lexus Post and Paddock Clubhouse Luncheon ribbon must also possess General Admission ticket or another type of credential ribbon.

• Parking Space Reservation Policies:
  • Parking space reservation forms will be sent August 21, 2009.
  • The day the reservation forms are sent in the mail, tickets and parking space reservations are also available on-line. Those who had a space at the 2008 Colonial Cup have first priority to that same space for the 2009 Colonial Cup if payment is received by 5PM October 16, 2008.
  • If payment is not received by 5PM October 16, 2009 the space may be sold.
  • If you want to move to a different space from the space you had last year, you MUST PURCHASE the space you had last year and you MUST PURCHASE the space you are requesting. Make your request on the back of the reservation card for the new space you wish to purchase. If it becomes available, you will be notified, if it does not, your money will be refunded. Your request will be placed on the waiting list in the order they are received into the office.
  • If you wish to purchase the space next to, behind or near your space or spaces, you MUST PURCHASE the space you had last year plus the new space or spaces you wish to add.Make your request on the back of the reservation card as to the specific space or spaces you wish to add. If the space or spaces become available, you will be notified. If the space or spaces do not become available, your money will be refunded.Your request will be place on the waiting list in the order they are received into the office.

Cup Week:
• Saturday, November 14, 2009 - 3rd Annual Pony Races at the 5/8th Track. Lead Line to Sprint races. All disciplines welcome, come one come all. For entry and spectator information call the National Steeplechase Museum 803.432.6513.
• Friday, November 20, 2009 - Frogmore Frolic. Swing into the evening at Springdale Race Course for a spirited night of music and Frogmore Stew (low country boil). Hosted by the National Steeplechase Museum and The Kershaw County Fine Arts Center. For tickets and reservations call the National Steeplechase Museum 803.432.6513.
