Becoming a Vendor
Vendors for the Carolina Cup will be hand selected in order to insure a perfect fit for the vendor and event. With all of the parking changes, we have created a Vendor Village in the infield as well as the traditional Paddock Shoppes behind the Grandstand. Vendors will be able to have a location at one or both areas. For further questions, please contact the office.
Each year, we hand select our Paddock Shoppe Vendors to offer a wide variety of our patrons. We are also offering the Vendor Village located in the Infield to our vendors these tents will be 10' x 10' only. Our goal is to create an environment that will attract vendors and patrons alike to come back year after year. We want our vendors to have a successful day of business, so please do not hesitate to direct your questions or concerns to our Vendor Coordinator.

Overview of Vendor Agreement
Due to tent complications in the past and in an effort to streamline the event, all vendors must rent a white tent from CCRA*. The tents are rented from Party Reflections and will be set up in the appropriate areas before Vendors arrive to bring their merchandise.
We encourage vendors to order extra sides for the tent to prevent potential weather from affecting their displays; however, these are completely optional.
The price of the tent rental is included in your vendor fee. Vendor will be invoiced upon acceptance.
*Special circumstances will be considered and approved by Vendor Coordinator.
